In this role, she managed real estate loans, implemented construction risk policies, and conducted extensive financial analyses, showcasing her proficiency in risk mitigation and financial assessment. Her professional journey also includes roles at JP Morgan Chase Bank and Sterling National Bank, where she excelled as a Business Banker and Vice President of Commercial Banking. Ericka consistently demonstrated her ability to acquire, retain, and expand business banking customers, exceeding quotas through networking, cold calling, and fostering strong relationships.
